 Each room price covers up to 150 square feet. Any additional square footage above 150 equals two rooms. Minimum service charge applies. Multiple room discounts available.

If heavily soiled or stained. An additional charge may apply.

After finalizing the deep clean of your carpets. We offer the dessert! Protect the fresh cleaned, carpets by adding a carpet protector. Highly recommend! You get to see me less if you use this product. Pricing is per room. 

Price per room is for sizes up to 150 square feet. Each room over 150 square feet will be considered two rooms.

We will do a inspection prior to starting to determine level of contamination using a high powered UV light.

In the case of heavily stained carpets. Urine may also be in padding resulting in re-occurring stains to appear in carpets after dry times. 

Every flooring can be different. Floor Tile cleaning. Agitate with our CRB. Extract with our tile spinner, or tile wand. Don't forget about the grout sealant! Protect your investment. Tile and Grout cleaning is a priced per sq/ft.

Luxury Vinyl Plank/Tile cleaning. These resilient flooring does hold all kinds of dirt, grime, bacteria, allergens, just like any other flooring that gets compacted into the flooring. We got you covered!

Name says it all! We will apply a grout sealant that is not harmful to you or your pets! Dries quick. The grout lines will be protected from organic soils, synthetic soils, or your husbands car project! Sealant is applied with a flat mop.  Pricing is per Sq./Ft.
